Hello! I'm ChungSeul.

I've been a professional singer for eight years and I'm the lead vocalist of the band Ondo. After years of facing realistic obstacles since 2016, I've mustered the courage to release my new digital single.

The song "Heaving Wave" represents the bond between me and my fans. It's like how the vast ocean depends on the wind to create strong waves; similarly, my fans inspire me to create impactful music. Essentially, my fans are the wind that steers the sea, which is me. This song is a tribute to my fans, expressing my deep gratitude.

This album also features the music genre I'm most passionate about. I invite you to join me on this journey and support my growth and further success.

ChungSeul and Ondo



I am the vocalist for the band Ondo. We debuted in 2017 and currently consist of four members: myself, Lukku, Maru, and Kim Sun. Last year, celebrating our 6th anniversary since debut, Ondo released our first digital single "Lullaby". I took the lead in writing the lyrics and, along with the other band members, participated in composing the song. It holds great significance to me.

We also performed at the Korean Cultural Week in Turkmenistan, invited by the Embassy of the Republic of Korea in Turkmenistan. In addition, we've performed at various events and festivals, including the "Save the Children Earth Festa" and the "Chuncheon Film Festival". Over the past few years, being part of Ontdo has been an integral part of my musical journey. The band plays a significant role in defining who I am as an artist, Cheongseul. The members are like dependable friends to me.

Although my latest digital single "Neoul" is a solo project, the band members have been nothing but supportive, offering valuable feedback and encouragement.





Digital Single "Heaving Sea"
Like how the length of a wave is determined by the wind, the song "Heaving Sea" symbolizes a lover who, while calm yet intense, reaches far and wide, influenced by the 'wind', which symbolizes 'you' blowing over the 'sea' that is 'me'.

On the surface, the song speaks of love, but personally, I want to dedicate this song to my fans. In this analogy, 'you' represents my fans, the wind stirring the sea that is me. This song is my way of expressing my desire to reach further together with my fans.

Though this is not exactly my first solo album release, it represents the true essence of the music I aspire to create and excel in, so I'd  consider it practically my first solo album in that regard. It marks a new challenge for me as ChungSeul and a fresh endeavor stepping out for a while from the secure bounds of Ondo.


Project Goals
Through this project, I aim to not only pursue the music I love but also to broaden my reach and build relationships with new fans, both domestically and internationally.

If "Heaving Sea" turns out successful, I would like to release another album titled "Gaehwa".

Crowdfunding and Delivery

What is crowdfunding?

Crowdfunding refers to the act of raising funds from a large number of people for someone in need of financial support.

Modifications and Cancellations

  1. You can modify the payer and reward recipient information until the end date of the funding campaign.
  2. Due to the nature of the support, refunds of contributions for reasons such as a backer's simple change of mind are not possible, except in special circumstances like the cancellation of the project.

Reward Delivery and Exchanges:

  1. If the content creation and reward delivery deviate from the announced plan, the responsibility for communication, content production, and refunding contributions falls on the creator.
  2. If you receive a reward with defects or damages, you can inquire with the creator about the possibility of an exchange.
  3. If a reward item is damaged due to the backer's fault, product exchange is not possible.
